It is our experience that upon first contact with a patient, we are only able to scratch the surface of understanding an injury. So, our physiotherapy services begin with a thorough assessment to understand the causation of prior injuries, and create an effective management plan which considers all facets of your life.
The process may be a unique experience as we try to decipher and understand all aspects of your life and how it may be relevant to your injury experience. As we progress through the process, you will begin to identify and understand the nuances of yourself —not just the injured site.
Our goal is not to find quick fixes, but to really dig deep and find out how we can have a positive and progressive therapy experience.
The Process
STEP 1 / Biomechanical SCREENING
Before starting your journey with us we would like to discuss your expectations and goals. In addition, we evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to establish baselines that help us track your progress.

Individualizing your experience to your history, lifestyle, goals and overall your specific “signature” in life to align with our overall health goals. Our goal is to set yourself up for success, longevity and increase your quality of life.
Step 3 / Delivered directly to your phone
